Shipping Policy
The following conditions apply to every order placed on this website. Placing your order with us and/or sending/dropping off your device indicates your acceptance to these terms:
Service Time
Once you place your order, we don’t delay; if you ordered a kit or a part for your device, we will ship it out before our same-day shipping cut-off of 12pm CST every business day. If you are sending your device to us, we generally ship it back to you within two or three business days after it passes Quality Control/Testing (can take up to 96 hours). We don't like keeping orders here any longer than they have to be, so prompt shipping is a number one priority for us. We have satisfied customers all over the country and we have shipping options for everyone no matter where your location.
We're proud to offer several different shipping solutions on every order. In the event that you need your order to arrive faster; we offer the following shipping options and upgrades for a fee. Delivery may occur via USPS, UPS, or FedEx in some instances due to location or to unsure delivery in a timely manner. We normally charge a flat rate to ship/return or just to simply return the products to you and/or the recipients you designate. When your product is fixed and ready to be returned, you will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number which will allow you to track your shipment. We process orders as they come in, and we work to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping Options
The following shipping options are for customers within the United States:
USPS First Class Mail (no tracking number provided, takes four to seven business days)
USPS Priority Mail (no tracking number provided, takes two to three business days)
USPS Express Mail (tracking number provided, takes one to two business days)
UPS Ground (tracking number provided, takes one to five business days)
FedEx 2-Day (tracking number provided, takes three to four business days)
UPS Next Day Air Saver (tracking number provided, takes one business day)
FedEx Overnight (tracking number provided, takes one business day)
International Shipping Options
The following shipping options are for customers outside of the United States:
USPS Priority Mail International (no tracking number provided, takes six to eight business days)
USPS Express Mail International (no tracking number provided, takes two to four business days)
FedEx International Priority (tracking number provided, takes one to two business days)
Note: Every international shipment we send is classified as a “gift” so chances are you will not be asked to pay additional fees, although sometimes that seems to happen despite our efforts.
Delivery options and charges
Shipping is non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated by us, all shipping options are an additional charge according to the price listed next to the option selected. The cost of the shipping will be charged and added to your order.
Signature Requirement
For your security, we may require a signature at time of delivery. Please select a delivery address where you can sign for your package when it arrives. If you cannot be at the delivery location during the business day, you may sign a door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present.
Delivery to Alaska, and Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
We are proud to offer Next Business Day shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands at an additional charge.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes
Use a domestic shipping option if you are at an APO or FPO box. We reserve the right to change your shipping to USPS if you provide us with a PO/APO/FPO. In some cases orders for shipment to P.O. Boxes may take longer to be approved.
Weekend Deliveries
We use sophisticated shipping software to find alternative methods whenever we can to ensure that you receive your package faster. For example, if your order is activated on a Friday afternoon, and your home address is within close proximity of our nearby distribution center, we may ship your order via FedEx Home Delivery ground shipping to allow for Saturday delivery. In all cases, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. For questions or concerns regarding additional shipping methods please email us or call our toll-free number. Holiday Deliveries
Our shipping carriers do not deliver on certain holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Your package will be delivered on the next regular shipping day following the holiday. For more details, see the USPS, UPS or FedEx Holiday Delivery Schedule.
Prepaid Shipping Kits
All of our Prepaid shipping kits are mailed out via Ground shipping to the customer. Once we receive and fix the device the customer can choose from Ground or Overnight shipping back to them. If you would like the fastest turnaround time you must select to ship the device on your own.
Loaner Phone Prepaid Shipping Kits
All of our Loaner Phone Prepaid shipping kits are mailed out via Ground shipping to the customer. Loaner phones are for GSM phone repairs ONLY. Your phone must be able to use a Sim Card to operate our loaner phones. If the phone is not returned to us after 5 business days that the repaired phone is returned we will issue a bill for $150 for the loaner phone.
