With our diagnostic service you can send your phone to us and have one of our skilled technicians determine what the problem is. During our diagnositc we will run multiple tests on the outer glass, digitizer, lcd screen, battery and internal components to determine any and all issues you may be experiencing. Once our tests are complete we will contact you with the synopsis of your Samsung Galaxy S III Repair. There is no obligation with this service.
If you approve the charges we will move forward with the repairs. If you decline the repairs we offer you two options. Either we can send back your phone or we may offer to buy your phone and take it off your hands!

Don't want to deal with hassle of sending your device to us? We'll send you a Prepaid Shipping Kit that you can use to send your device to us. Once you receive the kit, simply put your device in the box and use the prepaid shipping label to send it to us.
Shipping Option 4 - Receive a Loaner Phone & Shipping Kit
Sending in your Samsung Galaxy S2 i9100 for a repair but don't want to be without a phone? We will send you a loaner phone in a Prepaid Shipping Kit that you can use to ship your broken device to us! Available for all GSM cell phones (Not available for Sprint or Verizon carrier phones).
