We understand that the information on your device is important to you. With 99% of our repairs you will not have ANY data loss on your device. The only time we use the device is for testing purposes. We will not tamper with or remove any of your personal information (photos, music, videos, contacts, etc).

Because we know you want your phone back as quickly as possible we offer speedy repair services. Repairs typically take between 24 and 72 hours to complete. Remember, we will always keep you updated during your repair process. Call or email us with any questions, concerns or just to chat!
Track Your Order
Don't be in the dark about what's happening with your device! With our state-of-the-art tracking system you'll be able to receive detailed updates about what stage of the repair process your device is in right on the website. You will also receive updates from the technician repairing your device. You can monitor when we receive your device, when we're diagnosing or reparing it, and view tracking information once it ships back out!
1 Year Warranty On All Repairs
Your device and repair will be covered under our 1 Year Limited Parts & Labor Warranty. If you have any issues with your repair within the first 12 months, contact us and we’ll take care of it free of charge. You have our word and guarantee that we will fix your issue or we’ll issue you a full refund!
Shipping Option 1 - Send In Your Device
Ship us your device using the carrier your choice. Choose to have your device sent back using either Ground or Overnight Shipping! Our mailing address can be found on the How It Works, FAQ or Conact Us Pages.
Shipping Option 2 - Receive a Prepaid Shipping Kit
Don't want to deal with hassle of sending your device to us? We'll send you a Prepaid Shipping Kit that you can use to send your device to us. Once you receive the kit, simply put your device in the box and use the prepaid shipping label to send it to us.
Shipping Option 3 - Receive a Loaner Phone & Shipping Kit
We understand that you don't want to be out of communication with your friends and family for even a day. That's why you can elect to receive a loaner phone while your device is being repaired. We will send you a loaner phone in a Prepaid Shipping Kit that you can use to ship your broken device to us!
Receive Help On Your Repair - Self Repair Kits
We understand that you want to repair your iPhone yourself, but sometimes the repair can become overwhelming. That is why we provide you with helpful guides and videos to properly aid in repairing your broken device. You can even use our Live Chat to speak with a technician about any repair problems!
